Historic Designation Discussion Group

Welcome to the Historic Designation Discussion Group (or forum) of the Forest Hills Neighborhood Association. This discussion group is private and for the exclusive use of property owners in the Forest Hills neighborhood of Columbia, SC. The discussion is moderated by Barbara Rackes and Eric Powers according to the following rules:
  • You must participate using your correct name (no "Bubba" or "Beetlejuice")
  • You may not slander or defame any other person
  • Do not address the group in all CAPS (anger)
  • No profanity
Anyone who fails to follow those rules will be removed from the group. Otherwise, opinions are open and should be viewed as the opinion of the individual posting the comment and not the neighborhood association or its committees.
