Five Points Curfew
FIVE POINTS AREA JUVENILE CURFEW IS IN EFFECT
It is UNLAWFUL for any person under the age of 17 to be present in this area between the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m. subject to those exceptions as set forth in City of Columbia Ordinance 2011-051. A copy of the ordinance can be obtained by contacting the City Clerk's office at (803) 545-3045. The curfew area is generally bounded by Gervais Street to the north; Oak Street, Martin Luther King, Jr. Park, and Heidt Street (portion south of the park) to the east; Blossom Street to the south; and Gregg Street to the west and includes Maxcy Gregg park and M.L. King park.
