Until Recent Burglary Attempt Forest Hills Had Hardly Any Crime Reports in 2009

Police reported to FHNA officers in early May that it had been more days since there was an incident report in the neighborhood.  And for the first third of 2009 crime reports in Forest Hills were much less than incidents reported in Melrose, Shandon and Heathwood.

Of course, Heathwood and Shandon experienced a rash of property crime which police believe was halted the arrest this spring of three Dreher students.

Forest Hills Community Safety Officer Has Cell Phone Again

Cynthia Chatman, our City of Columbia Community Safety Officer again has a cell phone.  The number, which is not in this directory, is 413-1186.
